Amazing Grace Home features an open floor plan designed to maximize the views throughout. The home has original 1950s single-pane windows in the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms that bring in great natural light, but can allow heat loss. We’ve added a new forced-air furnace that heats the main living/kitchen area, and each bedroom has its own separate wall heater. We recommend bringing a warm pullover and slippers—cozy nights are perfect for watching the fog roll in and out. You’ll enjoy multiple deck and patio areas that extend the living space outdoors. Watch golfers with your morning coffee and take in sunset views over the bay in the evening. During seasonal migration, you may even spot Monarch butterflies. The home includes three smart TVs with internet streaming (use your own Hulu/Netflix/etc. logins): Master Bedroom, Family Room, and the queen bedroom. Additional amenities include a coffee machine with washable gold filter, wireless Bluetooth speaker, compact washer/dryer combo, BBQ, microwave, gas stove/oven, and a well-stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates, and utensils. House rules: No pets. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (strictly enforced due to a severe smoke allergy). Occupancy & pricing: Base rate includes 5 guests. Treat the house and the neighborhood as you would your own. There are some delicate vintage furniture pieces in the home. Some of which have been in the family for years. To avoid beach ants from entering the house please refrain from bringing food to bedrooms and avoid leaving food out on counters or in rooms. This is a quaint quiet neighborhood so refrain from parties and keep music low. Propane BBQ provided for your pleasure - please clean BBQ and dishes/pots/pans after use to prevent excessive cleaning fee of $25. No smoking of any kind permitted inside or outside the residence. Owner has severe smoke allergy.

Occupancy & pricing: Base rate includes 5 guests. Each additional guest is $50 per night, calculated at booking or if the reservation is modified later. Cleaning & linens: We use dedicated guest linens. During each turnover, all items are removed from the refrigerator and cabinets as part of the cleaning process. Starter supplies: We provide small, sample-size shampoo and soap for your first night. Please bring your own food and preferred spices. We do stock a few basics: salt, pepper, garlic powder, foil, plastic wrap, ziplock baggies, trash bags and pots and pans. If you need more supplies, Albertsons is about 1 mile away. A charming 1950s home: This home was built in the 1950s and has a few quirks which makes it unique. Some wall switches can be a bit tricky, but most are labeled. The blinds are heavy—pull the cord slowly for best results. Heating: Bedrooms are heated by gas wall heaters, or you can leave bedroom doors open to allow warmth from the living room/kitchen area to circulate. Comfort: Beds are outfitted with soft sheets, fluffy pillows, cozy alternative-down blankets, and comforters.
